Recipient Charity & Final Tally
Congratulations to Halton Women's Place for being the Recipient Charity!
Together, we raised $16,100!
Halton Women’s Place is a non-profit organization devoted to assisting abused women and their dependent children, providing shelter & support services for them as they establish violence-free lives in their community. Some of their services include a 24 hour crisis line, safe shelter accommodation, food, and basic personal items for up to 6 weeks, individual and/or supportive group counselling, community agency information and referrals, court support for interim custody and restraining orders, children’s programs, advocacy and public education around ending violence against women, and transitional support programs.
It was great to come out and meet some of the staff and learn more about this great organization. We'll be sure to get some of the staff out to our next event to meet all the guys and give us an update.
Thanks to a Great Group of Guys!
Our Q1/16 Event was another phenomenal success!
It was great to have Gary O'Neil come out and tell us about Kerr Street Mission and how they used our group donation to their Christmas Wonders Program from our last event.
A huge thanks goes out to Fionn MacCool's for providing us with a great venue and delicious appetizers, and Village Luxury Cars for picking up our bar tab.
Also a special thanks to our volunteers, including Andrew Sue-A-Quan, Mel Hum and Rob Ruso for holding down the registration desk.

Feedback & Volunteers Welcome
We welcome your feedback - please email us with any suggestions you may have.
We are always looking for new sponsors, venues and volunteers for future events. Specifically, we are looking for photographers (amateur members are more than welcome!) to cover one of our events and beverage sponsors to pick up the bar tab at one of our upcoming events.
Spread the Word & Stay Connected
Let's keep the momentum going. Please continue to spread the word to your friends, neighbours and colleagues. Our group is not limited to 100 guys or Oakville. We want to focus on Halton based charities and are happy to welcome guys from Burlington, Brampton and Milton. Let's see how big we can get, and how much of an impact we can make in our local communities.
If you are not yet a member and are interested in joining us, please make sure you sign up with all your contact info here so we can add you to our mailing list. You can also follow us on social media for more updates.
Stay tuned for details of our next event ...
